    Signing Workflow 2.5.9

    We’re excited to announce the release of Signing Workflow 2.5.9, packed with new features and important fixes that enhance both administrator control and the user experience. Here's what’s new:


    New Features

    • Customizable Appendixes
      IGA-826 – Administrators now have the flexibility to configure whether appendixes should be supported within signing errands. Read more here ›

    • Redirect After Signing
      IGA-852 – API errand creators can now define a custom redirect for users after signing is complete. Read more here ›

    • Pre-configured Invite URL Targets
      IGA-859 – API integrations can now use predefined versions of the inviteUrlTarget SIGN_SERVICE landing page, simplifying setup and ensuring consistency. Read more here ›


    Defect Fixes

    • IGA-752 – Resolved an issue where index.html was cached too long, causing delays when updating versions.

    • IGA-856 – Fixed a bug where the “To be signed” toggle was incorrectly shown when uploading only one file.

    • IGA-858 – Corrected a display issue where the sign date showed as 1970-01-01 01:00 when using invite sign links from emails.

    • IGA-879 – Addressed a problem where the logger looked for an unknown value during errand creation.

      We are pleased to announce the release of SWF 2.5.8. This update focuses on improving stability, enhancing security, and refining the signing experience to ensure seamless document handling.

       

      What’s new in 2.5.8?

      • Enhanced email notifications – Issues with duplicate reminders and early solicitor acceptance emails have been resolved.
      • Improved file handling – Documents with illegal characters in their titles no longer cause download failures.
      • Security updates – This release includes fixes for identified security vulnerabilities (CVE-2025-24970 and CVE-2025-25193).

      These improvements help ensure that your signing workflows remain efficient, reliable, and secure.

        Release News: Signing Workflow 2.5.7 

        PhenixID is proud to introduce Signing Workflow (SWF) version 2.5.7, bringing enhanced functionality, improved accessibility, and key fixes to deliver a seamless and inclusive digital signing experience. With this release, SWF now supports signing multiple documents, includes a WCAG-compliant environment for signers, and offers advanced tools for administrators.

        1. Support for Multiple Documents
          • SWF now supports signing multiple documents when paired with PAS 5.1.5 or later.
        2. Custom File Conversion Service
          • Administrators can now integrate their own file conversion services with SWF.
        3. JVM Metrics for Monitoring
          • A new feature enabling administrators to monitor the SWF service through JVM metrics.

        Defect Fixes

        • IGA-750: Fixed an issue where no reminder emails were sent after a due date was postponed.
        • IGA-751: Resolved an issue preventing errands from being deleted if their associated document was deleted.
